Typewritten and bound transcript of an interview conducted by Rebecca Vorimo for the Wasatch County Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 13 Oct. 1994. Giles talks about his early life in Heber City, Utah, his experiences as a cattleman and as a dairyman, and his work in irrigation and on the Wasatch County Board of Health.
